Amnesty International believes that the new government's plan to use the closed reception centers for asylum seekers who have been denied violate fundamental rights.

The agreement between the four bourgeois parties it is intended to increase the use of closed reception centers for asylum seekers criminals but also for asylum seekers who have been refused asylum and awaiting his return home.

Amnesty International believes that detention is a serious action against an individual, which should be limited as much as possible. There should be strong reasons for a person to be exposed to such a move.

- Why should not a person subject to detention only to have been refused asylum. It should be defined to apply to persons who have committed offenses.
